Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 30phjoy wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 30phjoy does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 30phjoy aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for GCash and PayMaya, and within three (3) to five (5) business days for bank transfers. 30phjoy reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds, particularly for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on 30phjoy are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institutions in connection with transactions.
30phjoy does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All transactions must be conducted through the approved Philippine payment channels listed above.
30phjoy may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn.
